">As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and choice, while maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, mobility, and daily living support with dignity and respect
- Implement and adhere to Positive Behaviour Support plans and risk strategies
- Support the customer in community access, appointments, and social engagement
- Maintain detailed, accurate documentation and incident reporting
- Collaborate with allied health professionals and support coordinators
- Contribute to a stable, safe, and structured routine for the customer
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or relevant qualification
- Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours (essential)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (advantageous)
- Valid Driver Licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
