We're looking for a reliable and organized individual to manage our equipment. As a Customer Equipment Coordinator, you will be responsible for carrying out tasks such as material management, customer relationship management, and general warehouse duties.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Processing ERP transactions such as receipting, issuing, installing, uninstalling, and raising requisitions.
  • Conducting stocktakes as required.
  • Coordinating the return stores process.
  • Preparing relevant ERP reports.
  • Building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Providing timely solutions and contributing to customer satisfaction.

You'll work closely with our team to ensure delivery of service centre obligations within agreed service levels.
