Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Individual to coordinate People & Culture functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in hiring, staff document management, compliance, and HR system improvement.

  • Hiring: Manage recruitment processes from job postings to employee onboarding.
  • Document Management: Ensure all staff documentation is up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • HR Systems: Develop and enhance HR systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Rostering: Create and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage and adherence to regulations.
  • Training: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and efficiency of support staff.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Advanced Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • HR Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Rostering Experience: Proven experience in creating and managing staff rosters.
  • People Management: Ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
  • Training Development: Skills in creating and implementing training programs.
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail: Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
