Service Coordination Specialist

This is an exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless service operations. As a Service Coordinator, you will collaborate with technicians, customers, and internal teams to develop and implement effective service plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the activities of service technicians for maintenance, installations, and repairs
- Optimize technician schedules to enhance efficiency
- Facilitate site entry and mobilization requirements to ensure timely service delivery
- Monitor technician availability and adjust plans accordingly for urgent requests
- Assess customer needs and recommend tailored service solutions
- Ensure accurate and timely cost allocation and invoicing for service work
- Maintain accurate records and databases for service coordination
- Prepare reports on service utilization and customer outcomes to inform business decisions
- Support continuous improvement of service coordination processes through collaboration with internal departments
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Calm under pressure with a proactive mindset
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
