Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization and contribute to our mission of promoting excellence through learning and development. In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions that align with our organizational goals.

  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and support our organizational objectives.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and deliver training content.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think critically and creatively. You should have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and be able to design and deliver training programs that engage and motivate learners.

  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Training, Business, or Human Resources Management, or minimum two years' experience in a related role.
  • Proven experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator, or similar role with strong customer focus.
  • Hands-on experience organizing and coordinating multiple training events; ability to design and deliver in-house training.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
