  • Key Responsibilities:
  • On-Site Data Support: Provide valuable insights to our management team to inform decision-making.
  • Budget Management: Ensure projects stay within budget through effective cost control.
  • Supervise Contractors and Suppliers: Oversee the work of subcontractors and suppliers to guarantee smooth project execution.
  • Project Timeline Oversight: Take charge of project scheduling to ensure timely completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We're looking for individuals with:

  • A strong mechanical or electrical background, with a tertiary qualification in engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' on-site project management experience, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Contractual and commercial acumen, including an understanding of contractual and financial matters.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
