As we expand our footprint in Queensland, we're looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large project in Brisbane.

The Opportunity You will lead the full lifecycle of a large project, from pre-construction through to delivery and handover.
You'll work closely with a high-performing team to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include: Leading project planning, programming, and delivery Managing client and consultant relationships Overseeing safety, quality, and commercial performance Driving team performance and mentoring junior staff Managing risk, reporting, and stakeholder communication About You Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in the Australian construction industry Strong background in healthcare or complex institutional projects Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills A collaborative mindset and commitment to safety and quality Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field The RCC Difference"Birthday Leave" plus 2 x "U Days" per year RCC Work Perks: family fitness passport, retail discounts, annual leave purchase options Career development and leadership programs Certified Great Place to Work Please note: RCC has a Preferred Supplier Agreement (PSA) in place.
