Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic professional to fill the role of Employment Case Manager. As a key member of our employment services team, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers find suitable employment and supporting them in their journey towards independence.

This is a full-time ongoing position available at our Mount Barker site, offering a 9-day fortnight with a dedicated day off every second week. You will also receive the remuneration of a full-time employee, plus the opportunity to salary package.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching and mentoring clients on employability skills to empower them for success in the job market

  • Finding job opportunities that match client needs and preferences

  • Referring clients to external support networks where necessary to ensure comprehensive assistance

  • Accurately documenting client information within our systems

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients

  • Strong administration skills and IT literacy, including data entry, Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve individual targets and work to clearly defined KPIs

  • Willingsness to complete a Certificate IV in Employment Services (fully funded)
