">">We are looking for highly motivated and empathetic individuals to join our team as Habits Coaches. As a Habits Coach, you will play a vital part in enabling participants to develop greater independence and work towards reaching their full potential.">">

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will carry out duties that complement the therapy program of each participant. Your role will involve working under the guidance of our highly qualified Allied Health professionals to provide face-to-face and non-face-to-face support to participants in their home or community environment.

  • You will be equipped with a mobile device to communicate with your coordinator, therapist, and access systems">">
  • As an excellent rapport builder and motivator, you will engage participants using your empathetic nature to model components of a new routine or skill, and provide prompting when needed">">
  • You will work within the scope of the role, respecting the boundaries of a habits coach and that of a therapist">">
