Operations Supervisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to drive day-to-day operations and lead our team to achieve high service standards.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving efficiencies, improving commercial outcomes, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Transport Management / Operations Management with a proven track record of leading teams of over 30.
  • Strong experience in road transport, express, or general transport is essential, with knowledge of Linehaul, PUD, and warehouse staffing an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to effectively drive change are critical.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team while building a resilient and supportive team culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive day-to-day operations and improve efficiency.
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with departments to implement solutions that improve business performance.
  • Invest time in staff development and performance improvement.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and commercial outcomes.

Requirements:
