Centre Operations Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the Centre Director, driving excellence in early learning, ensuring high-quality education and care, and promoting positive outcomes for children.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work collaboratively with the Centre Director and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans and goals.
- To lead and manage centre operations, including staff supervision, performance management, and coaching.
- To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
- To foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practice in centre operations.
Requirements:
- A tertiary qualification in a related field, such as Early Childhood Education or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in centre operations management, preferably in an early childhood setting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
