About The Role

This full-time permanent position is responsible for building a portfolio of customers in the Kitchen Designer, Custom Joinery and A & D space. The primary objective is to generate sales at a retail level. You will provide high-level customer service while driving referrals into our Hobart store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development - Identify and implement new business opportunities
  • Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Kitchen Designer, Custom Joinery & A & D space
  • Collaborate with customers to meet their evolving needs by managing stocktake, ongoing sales training and tracking customer referrals
  • Strategic Planning & Market Analysis - Stay up-to-date with market knowledge and partner with suppliers for training events

What We're Looking For:
  • A verifiable track record in a product-based B2B or B2C business development role involving developing new and existing customer relationships
  • A focus on architecture and design
  • Experience within Kitchen, Bathroom and Laundry appliances or a design-led adjacent industry
  • Experience collaborating closely with internal and external partners
  • A customer-focused mindset delivering exceptional and distinctive customer experiences
  • Strong organisational skills, time management and attention to detail
