Job Description:
We are seeking a highly results-driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding Hobart team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B new business development and solution selling, with experience in researching and actively targeting new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed territory targets.
- Proactively research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities.
- Accurately measure and estimate projects, crafting compelling, solution-based proposals, quotes, and tender responses.
Requirements:
Proven track record in B2B new business development and solution selling.
Experience in researching and actively targeting new customers.
Proficiency in using CRM systems for sales data management.
Prior experience in the painting, facilities maintenance, building, or construction industry is highly regarded but not essential.
