A newly created role, we are currently seeking a driven and strategic Director of Commercial to join our leadership team at Crowne Plaza Hobart and help take our performance to the next level.

About the Role

As Director of Commercial, you will lead and align all commercial functions across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Distribution to drive performance and growth. This is a high-impact role, best suited to a proactive leader who can quickly identify the market opportunities that will deliver fast wins whilst also shaping and executing strategies that unlock long-term performance.

This role is integral to the hotel's overall success — you'll report directly to the General Manager and collaborate closely with IHG's regional commercial teams.
