Administration and Quality Assurance Officer

What You'll Be Doing

  • Review and verify data submitted by contractors and technicians.
  • Confirm that installations meet required quality and compliance standards.
  • Finalise invoicing to ensure accurate billing.
  • Communicate with contractors to resolve queries and gather additional information.

Additional Details

  • Flexible hours, typical team times: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm.
  • Work location: Onsite at our office, onsite parking provided.

About The Role

This administration and quality assurance officer will be responsible for reviewing and verifying data, confirming installation quality, finalising invoicing, and communicating with contractors.

  • Collaborate with contractors to resolve issues.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administration or quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
