Job Description - Administrator & Invoicing Officer
Are you ready to take the first step in your career in administration and quality assurance? Do you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude?
Join our team and play a key role in supporting high-volume fibre, wireless, and satellite installations and maintenance work across regional and remote Australia.
What You Will Be Doing
- Review and verify high volumes of data submitted by contractors and technicians.
- Confirm that installations meet required quality and compliance standards.
- Finalise invoicing to ensure accurate and efficient billing.
- Communicate with contractors via phone and email to resolve queries and gather additional information as needed.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:
This role is perfect for a recent graduate, someone stepping into an entry-level position, or returning to the workforce who possesses the following skills and attributes;
- Strong attention to detail and efficient processing skills
- Confidence to communicate effectively over the phone and through emails.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (processing ~100 jobs/day).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
