Job Description

  • Review and verify high volumes of data submitted by contractors and technicians.
  • Confirm that installations meet required quality and compliance standards.
  • Finalise invoicing to ensure accurate and efficient billing.
  • Communicate with contractors via phone and email to resolve queries and gather additional information as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and efficient processing skills.
  • Confidence to communicate effectively over the phone and through emails.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
