Do you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude?
Join our Telecommunications regional and remote team and play a key role in supporting high-volume fibre, wireless, and satellite installations and maintenance work across regional and remote Australia.What you'll be doingReview and verify high volumes of data (100 jobs per day) submitted by contractors and technicians.Confirm that installations meet required quality and compliance standards.Finalise invoicing to ensure accurate and efficient billing.Communicate with contractors via phone and email to resolve queries and gather additional information as needed.We're looking for someone who is:This role is perfect for a recent graduate, someone stepping into an entry-level position, or returning to the workforce who possess the following skills and attributes;Strong attention to detail and efficient processing skillsConfidence to communicate effectively over the phone and through emails.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (processing 100 jobs/day).
