Job Description:

The Health Manager role leads the HNE Gender Service, a specialist hub in NSW providing care for transgender and gender diverse young people.

  • Develop and manage complex health service delivery to ensure patient-centered, evidence-based care for transgender and gender diverse young people.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams focused on operational leadership, service development, change management, and clinical excellence.
About You:
  • Proven experience leading complex health services and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong project development, implementation, and management skills; able to prioritise, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively.
  • Genuine passion for working with transgender children, adolescents, and young adults, ensuring their voices shape service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to build partnerships across health, community, and NGO sectors.
