Service Design Lead

You will support the strategic direction of the nib group through the design of the services we offer across the end-to-end customer journey.

This role is responsible for the design of the future state customer experience for our members, travellers and providers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, identify pain points, and design solutions that meet business objectives and deliver tangible value.

Being a strategic thinker, you can analyse and synthesize complex information from multiple sources and turn this into actionable recommendations.

To ensure success you will have:
- 5+ years experience and a proven track record of delivering successful service design projects- Aptitude for analytical study in developing insights, whilst balancing the need for creative problem-solving- Excellent written, visual and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams- Ability to work autonomously, prioritise and manage projects- Committed to ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and improve service design practices
