Design Email Marketing Campaigns with Us

We're looking for a talented Designer to produce high-quality email marketing assets across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in designing and building emails using platform builders such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and Campaign Monitor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build engaging EDMs across multiple platforms.
  • Implement and test responsive HTML emails using templates or platform builders.
  • Troubleshoot rendering issues using Litmus or similar tools.

The successful candidate will be embedded in a creative environment, working alongside a seasoned team of project managers and creatives. Your primary focus will be on producing high-quality email marketing assets, maintaining brand consistency, and efficiently managing time to meet deadlines.

Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years experience in digital design with a strong focus on email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience designing and building emails using platform builders (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor).
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email (modifying code within templates).
  • Familiarity with Litmus (or similar) for email testing and rendering across devices.
  • Strong visual design skills with attention to UX, layout, typography, and brand alignment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working within a creative agency or with multiple clients.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. ClickUp or similar).
