Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our growing marketing portfolio by designing and building engaging email campaigns.
This role is ideal for a proactive, solution-focused individual who excels in problem-solving, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results across multiple devices.
Key Responsibilities- Design and create effective email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, and Klaviyo.
- Implement and test responsive HTML emails using templates or platform builders.
- Troubleshoot rendering issues using tools like Litmus.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to bring campaigns to life across digital touchpoints.
- Maintain brand consistency across email assets and other digital deliverables.
- 3–5+ years experience in digital design with a strong focus on email marketing.
- Hands-on experience designing and building emails using platform builders (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor).
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email (modifying code within templates).
- Familiarity with Litmus (or similar) for email testing and rendering across devices.
- Experience working within a creative agency or with multiple clients.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. ClickUp or similar).
We're looking for someone who is organised, independent, and resourceful – able to troubleshoot and find solutions.
