We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons within our facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the facility's customer service team to deliver exceptional service to patrons.
  • Oversee the operation of pool plant systems, including technical knowledge of plant rooms and water quality principles.
  • Act as the Centre Manager's representative in their absence, handling incidents and emergency responses.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patrons, staff, and stakeholders to ensure a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Manager to implement policies and procedures that promote a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience with a strong ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Understanding of OHS and public safety applications within a facility.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate.
  • National Police Check.
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
  • Current Pool Operations Certificate is desirable.
