Financial Operations Manager Role

This position involves managing the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams, ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Analyse revenue streams, cost structures, and profitability to identify trends and recommend strategic actions.
  • Deliver high-impact financial insights and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business cases, pricing strategies, and investment decisions.
  • Drive automation and process improvement initiatives across finance operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years' progressive experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) strongly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query), MS Excel , and financial modelling.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, with a track record of managing finance operations.
About the Job:

This is a hybrid role with two days office work. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment.

The salary range for this position is circa €85,000 - €90,000 per annum plus 20% bonus, health, pension, and benefits.
