Key Business Director Role

Main Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of the annual operating plan (AOP) and provide insights for strategic planning papers.
  • Monitor and control financial performance, budgets, and reporting across the organization.
  • Ensure operational integrity by leading risk management and governance activities.
  • Foster employee engagement through initiatives like recognition programs, communications, and team culture.
  • Collaborate with HR and leaders on workforce planning and talent development initiatives.
  • Partner with business units to align operations with broader strategic objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business operations, strategic planning, and portfolio delivery within complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, including OPEX/CAPEX and business case development.
  • Demonstrated success in risk management, compliance, and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
  • High levels of energy, initiative, and self-drive—you're proactive and solutions-oriented.
  • Ability to lead change, drive innovation, and foster a collaborative team culture.
  • Experience managing employee engagement and communications programs.
  • Skilled in coordinating cross-functional projects and aligning operational activities with strategic outcomes.
