About the Role

As a Director in our Commercial Rates team, you'll be instrumental in driving the development, delivery, and execution of Rates for Markets within the Commercial customer franchise. Your expertise will be crucial in providing risk management services across a range of interest rate hedging products, covering customers across metro and regional areas.

You'll lead process improvement initiatives, foster collaborative relationships, and model a culture of excellence within the team. Your ability to understand and meet customer needs, solve problems, and offer alternative risk solutions will be key to driving customer satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Commercial Rates business to deliver financial targets
  • Achieve revenue targets for individual customer sets
  • Improve customer satisfaction and feedback
  • Understand and meet customer needs, solve problems, and deepen customer relationships
  • Initiate, sponsor, and lead process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Support the Commercial Rates team to grow, develop, and improve customer-centric coverage
  • Upskill and support junior staff in the development of technical skills
