  • Collect and compile information for documentation and correspondence purposes, adhering to quality and organisational requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the Child Wellbeing Unit team to provide seamless support services.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Awareness of confidentiality and handling sensitive information, with a commitment to upholding high standards of integrity.
  • Proficient computer skills, with experience in similar software applications (e.g., ChildStory) being beneficial but not essential.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality support services to children and families.
  • Experience working in child protection or a related field is highly desirable.
