Child Wellbeing Support Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Child Wellbeing Support Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional support services to vulnerable children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to child protection enquiries from various stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate assessment of situations.
- Provide administrative support services, including records management, correspondence, meeting coordination, and database updates.
- Collect and compile information for documentation and correspondence purposes, adhering to quality and organisational requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the Child Wellbeing Unit team to provide seamless support services.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Awareness of confidentiality and handling sensitive information, with a commitment to upholding high standards of integrity.
- Proficient computer skills, with experience in similar software applications (e.g., ChildStory) being beneficial but not essential.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality support services to children and families.
- Experience working in child protection or a related field is highly desirable.
