Child Wellbeing Coordinator

We are seeking a Health Promotion Specialist to join our team in improving the health and wellbeing of children in their early years and school aged children.
This role involves developing, implementing and evaluating strategies targeting children in their early years and school years to support their health and wellbeing.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the health and wellbeing of children.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders to achieve key performance indicators.
- Work closely with schools and Early Childhood Education and Care services to meet objectives.

- Developing and implementing evidence-based programs to promote healthy lifestyles.
- Building partnerships with local communities to support health initiatives.
- Evaluating program effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement projects to improve child health outcomes.
- Provide education and training to parents, caregivers and community groups.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement best practice guidelines.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in health promotion, public health or a related field.
- Proven experience working in health promotion, preferably in early childhood or school settings.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
