The role of Southern Rural Products Manager presents a unique chance to transform your sales skills into a leadership opportunity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth of revenue, margin, and market share in Victoria.

Key aspects of the role include immersing yourself in the world of rural customers through in-field and trade days, as well as on-farm visits to build long-term value and deliver innovative solutions. With a focus on collaboration, you will develop and maintain relationships with customers and industry partners to identify sales and service trends that drive business growth.

To succeed in this role, you will bring an enthusiasm for agriculture and excellent knowledge of sales operations, including CRM packages. You will also be able to build constructive partnerships with others (internally and externally) to achieve business outcomes and contribute to our commitment to innovation.
