Warehouse Manager Opportunity

We operate our own intermodal rail terminals in Warrnambool, Mildura, and Emerald, offering end-to-end logistics solutions for customers' entire supply chains.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of 18 direct reports and promoting a safety-first culture
  • Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining liaison with internal departments and client/suppliers
  • Ensuring daily warehouse operations KPIs are met, including container packs/unpacks, pre-loads, documentation, stock control
  • Preparing and managing warehouse budgets/costs


Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years in a warehouse operations management position
  • Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse policies & procedures
  • Demonstrated people management and leadership experience, preferably of a large team
  • Comfortable conducting difficult conversations and excellent organisational and planning skills
