Assistant Store Manager Job Description

As an Assistant Store Manager, you play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager to drive sales, ensure smooth store operations, and create a positive work environment.

The ideal candidate will possess retail management experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service. They should also be able to motivate and inspire their team, with skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
