About this role

We are seeking a seasoned project leader to spearhead a landmark accommodation development in Sydney, valued at $90M. As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the project from display apartment through design, procurement, and construction.

  • Manage design development, consultant coordination, procurement strategies, and construction interfaces to deliver a quality outcome that meets program and budget requirements.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient project delivery.
  • Take on multiple responsibilities in the early stages of project delivery, including design, procurement, and construction management.
What's required
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in project delivery, preferably within a developer or builder organization.
  • A proven track record of delivering Class 2 residential or accommodation projects with budgets between $50M and $100M+
  • A strong understanding of design, procurement, and construction methodology, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
