Senior Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a technically challenging project in Sydney's mid-tier market. This is a high-profile opportunity for an individual with true leadership, foresight, and technical confidence.

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of a significant commercial project in Castle Hill, constructing a new second floor on an existing operational building, while also delivering 1,000sqm of road removal and a brand-new car park.

  • Proven track record of delivering structural-heavy commercial/industrial builds with a budget of $10M–$30M
  • Experience with complex extensions or live-site projects where planning and sequencing are key
