Destination Consultant

We are seeking an experienced travel professional to join our business in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be passionate about the tourism industry, with exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and determine whether the inquiry should be escalated to another specialist.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Process customer bookings and payments efficiently.
  • Manage product logistics/itineraries and inform relevant stakeholders of changes.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Motivation and passion for the tourism industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 360 software.
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM preferred.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
