Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory standards.

This position requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as the specialist will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the integrity and reliability of technical systems and processes involved in large-scale engineering projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive compliance assessments, developing and implementing effective strategies, and maintaining transparent communication regarding compliance matters.

  • Develop and implement compliance strategies, plans, and procedures to meet regulatory requirements
  • Conduct thorough compliance assessments of engineering processes, systems, and documentation to identify potential non-compliance issues
  • Prepare detailed compliance reports, documentation, and records to track compliance status and facilitate audits
  • Liaise with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to maintain open communication regarding compliance matters
  • Foster a culture of compliance awareness among engineering teams and project stakeholders
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Compliance, Quality Assurance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance engineering or quality assurance roles, preferably within the rail or infrastructure sectors
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance strategies in large-scale engineering projects
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies, especially related to safety-critical systems
  • Certification in compliance management or risk management would be advantageous
