Project Compliance Specialist">

The Engineering Planning & Design team is seeking a Project Compliance Specialist to deliver As Built drawings, surveys and other project deliverables for spatial team use and future reference.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supplying advice, comments and recommendations regarding project requirements.
  • Coordinating work tasks applicable from Application Documents to respective teams.
  • Visiting project sites to review and monitor works as they progress and are completed.
  • Closing out projects when completed and As Built documentation is supplied.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • A strong process orientation and attention to detail.
  • A personable and engaging communication style.
  • A strong ability to work in a small team environment.
  • A good understanding of Architectural & Engineering plans, construction drawings.
  • Local Government planning skills/knowledge of the construction industry.
