Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Ensure timely, accurate and compliant payroll processing through training and policy recommendations.
- Employee Data Management: Process new hires, changes, additional earnings, and maintain employee files while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
- HRIS and Payroll Software: Develop in-depth understanding, create reports on demand, and assist employees with online portal access.
- Vacation and Sick Time Records: Maintain records and ensure timely processing.
- Month-End Duties: Approve HR-related invoices and ensure timely completion.
