About the Role

We are seeking individuals to interact with customers at a rental counter.

  • Establish customer car rental needs through active listening
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate rental procedures and guidelines to customers.

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential for this role. The successful candidate will also need to have previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or similar roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review services to determine the best options for customers.
  • Complete rentals in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Answer customer questions and inquiries.
Requirements:
  • A full and valid driver's licence is required.
  • Availability to work on a rotational roster that includes evenings, weekends and public holidays is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will be comfortable learning and using computer systems to accurately input rental information.
