The successful applicant will be a confident individual with good communication skills, a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. They will be comfortable talking to clients and taking orders over the phone and over the counter.

The successful applicant will be a confident individual with good communication skills, a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. They will be comfortable talking to clients and taking orders over the phone and over the counter.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible in taking and processing orders of clients within the manufacturing and fabrication industry
- Assess customer needs and offer solutions
- Develop and manage sales activities
- Collaborate with other team members for customer service and complaint management
- General office admin duties

**Basic Qualification**:

- Experience in the steel or hardware industry would desirable but not necessary
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- A great attitude and willingness to learn the business
- Good computers skills and competency with Microsoft Office ie: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
- Car License and ability to get to the business site is essential
