
Customer Experience Strategist

The Customer Experience Strategist role is a key position within our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This involves working closely with the Centre team to execute best-in-class activations and campaigns, partnering with retailers and connecting with customers and the community.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, dynamic, self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high-performing culture. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading small teams and driving business results through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive customer experience strategy and oversee its flawless execution
- Coach, lead, and develop a small team of marketers
- Partner with retailers to drive sales growth and enhance customer engagement
- Manage Centre communications/content plan across owned, earned, and bought channels
- Deliver an annual Centre event program that drives foot traffic and customer loyalty
- Lead everyday innovation and thought leadership, identifying process improvement opportunities
- Support PR opportunities, especially via local media relationships
- Work effectively with agencies and external suppliers to deliver quality creative assets and services on time and on budget
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Business discipline
- Experience within Marketing and leading small teams
- A passionate, dynamic, self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high-performing culture
- Skills - communication, brand management, customer experience/guest services, digital & social, media & PR, event management, research & analysis, negotiating
- Understanding of consumer behavior
- Attention to detail and excellence in execution
