Job Title: Communication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Communication Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients and providing evidence-based therapeutic supports in a timely manner.

This includes delivering much needed communication services to clients within schools, homes, and the broader community.

You will interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client, assess clients' level of function and capacity using clinical observations and standardized assessments, and recommend provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and to promote independence.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload and provide evidence-based therapeutic supports
  • Deliver communication services to clients within schools, homes, and the community
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals
  • Assess clients' level of function and capacity
  • Recommend provision of Assistive Technology
