Job Description

As a Policy and Project Manager, you will lead the development of policy frameworks and advocacy strategies, provide visionary leadership for projects, represent our organization in government consultations, oversee projects from conceptualization to evaluation, and foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

About You

You are a seasoned professional with a strong commitment to social justice and community-led advocacy, experience in policy development, advocacy, and project management, knowledge of housing, climate, legal or social policy issues affecting regional communities, exceptional stakeholder engagement and leadership skills, and a collaborative approach to working across teams and communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policy frameworks and advocacy strategies
  • Provide visionary leadership for projects and ensure successful outcomes
  • Represent our organization in government consultations and negotiations
  • Oversee projects from conceptualization to evaluation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders, partners, and communities

  • Demonstrated commitment to social justice, human rights, and community-led advocacy
  • Strong understanding of legal, housing, climate, or social policy issues affecting regional and marginalized communities
  • Proven experience in policy development, advocacy, and project management incorporating systems thinking and service design
