
Human Resources Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR professional who will play a critical role in delivering HR initiatives, supporting processes, and maintaining HR systems across our Restaurants and Support Office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact. If you have 2+ years of experience in a similar HR position, with exposure to HR systems, we want to hear from you.
As an HR professional, you will be responsible for generating employee contracts, salary reviews, and managing offboarding processes. You will also maintain accurate and compliant employee data across HR systems, ensuring everything is up-to-date.
In addition, you will proactively manage working rights and visa compliance, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations. You will oversee the deployment of surveys for onboarding, engagement, and offboarding, and support the Recognition and Reward Program.
You will provide managers with coaching and advice on employee relations matters, including performance and conflict resolution. You will create reports from HR systems to track key metrics and provide insights.

- Understanding of HR policies and practices, with relevant qualifications (preferred)
