About the Role

This role is a pivotal position within our organization, focused on driving human resources strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Reporting to the Group Executive - Human Resources, the successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions and contributing to the implementation of strategic plans in line with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, be driven, flexible, and passionate about people management. Key qualifications include minimum 5 years generalist HR experience, formal tertiary HR qualifications, and thorough knowledge of employment law and industrial relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR practices, systems, and initiatives to enhance employee value proposition and organizational culture.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on people issues, opportunities, and risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective information sharing and collaboration.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to deliver a positive candidate experience.
  • Design and execute learning and development programs to drive business objectives.
