Senior Placement Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage placement requirements for clients and develop new markets and products.

The role includes:

  • Managing client relationships and identifying market opportunities;
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and revenue;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients;

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Melbourne, supporting the Victorian and New South Wales markets, as well as clients across Australia and New Zealand.

About this role

This position requires strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.

You will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with experience in property and casualty broking/placement.

A degree in a relevant field is required, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additionally, you should have:

  • Knowledge of property and casualty insurance products;
  • Experience working with clients to identify and meet their needs;
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
