Service Operations Coordinator - Acacia Ridge

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Service Operations Coordinator to become part of our dedicated team at the Acacia Ridge location. This role is integral to our large, established, and reputable organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance Service revenue through effective Workshop management.
  • Act as a primary liaison between customers and Workshop personnel.
  • Oversee job allocation and ensure parts availability for the Workshop.
  • Address customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Prepare client quotations as necessary.
  • Manage the requirements of our Rental Fleet in coordination with the Workshop.
  • Perform data entry and manage job order processing.
  • Handle invoice processing efficiently.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, with experience in mainframe systems being advantageous.
  • A solid mechanical background in earthmoving machinery is highly desirable.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
  • Demonstrate a well-organized and methodical approach to tasks.
  • Possess a strong desire to assist clients with their machinery servicing and mechanical issues.
  • Showcase open and effective communication skills.
