Position Available: Logistics Coordinator

We are excited to present an opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator who will report directly to the Senior Logistics Manager. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily logistics processes, ultimately enhancing the customer experience. This role is dynamic and offers a variety of tasks each day.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and strong problem-solving skills. Collaboration with internal teams and external logistics partners is essential, so a focus on customer service is paramount. Whether you are a recent graduate eager to launch your career in Logistics and Supply Chain or someone with relevant experience seeking a new opportunity, this role offers a chance to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment, gaining insights into the operations of a growing ASX-listed company.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engaging with various third-party logistics providers to address daily operational challenges.
  2. Collaborating with key internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve logistical issues.
  3. Managing invoice reconciliation and handling escalations with delivery and warehousing partners.
  4. Coordinating deliveries for our valued B2B clients.
  5. Performing administrative duties to maintain smooth operational flow.
  6. Supporting the Customer Care team with escalated inquiries.
  7. Facilitating stock transfers between different warehouses.
  8. Identifying and implementing improvements for operational efficiency.
Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  1. A university degree in a relevant discipline (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or similar).
  2. Exceptional multitasking abilities and a knack for problem-solving.
  3. Strong analytical skills with a readiness to engage with data.
  4. Proficiency in technology and the ability to utilize various IT and cloud-based tools to enhance productivity.
  5. Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy while managing high volumes of tasks.
  6. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  7. A willingness to challenge norms and adapt within a disruptive business environment.
