Melbourne Restaurant Operations Manager Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced restaurant operations manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our high-end dining venue in Melbourne.
About the Role- Oversee the efficient operation of an 80-seat a la carte restaurant, 50-seat private dining room, 20-seat bar, and deli.
- Lead a team of motivated and driven staff, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a successful launch and consistent operation.
- Train and mentor staff to foster their personal development and career progression.
- Regularly meet and establish relationships with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Manage administrative and reporting functions.
- Passion for excellence in customer service and managing the front-of-house team.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in managing and leading a team.
- Financial acumen relevant to labour and cost control.
