About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Rostering Coordinator to join our internal team in our office located in Southport, Gold Coast. As a Rostering Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring optimal staffing levels and managing high-volume recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and manage staff/care teams, including Support Workers, Enrolled Nurses, and Registered Nurses.
  • Screen potential candidates, conduct reference checks, and assist with onboarding.
  • Enter data into our CRM system and ensure compliance with organisational governance.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive roster system to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to understand and adjust staffing requirements.
  • Handle and resolve rostering conflicts or issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff availability, shifts, and leave.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and participants to ensure schedule clarity.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Recruitment Consultant or have worked in the HR/Healthcare industry.
  • Comfortable and professional phone manner.
  • Attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.
