Leadership Opportunity

This role involves overseeing the Customer Experience team and driving sales growth for a specific location. The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating their team to deliver exceptional customer service, while also ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by having in-depth knowledge of all products offered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and coach the team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered and providing excellent sales service
  • Deliver sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, sales associates, and store leadership
  • Stay up-to-date with all product knowledge and current or upcoming product trends
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales environment
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
  • Motivated to achieve great results due to enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products
  • Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment
  • Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis
  • High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
